Coach Trickey grew up skating for Rocky Mountain Figure Skating Club in Colorado.  She is a Double Gold Medalist in Moves in the Field and Free Skate. She has also passed her novice pair test, 4th figure test and pre-bronze dance test. She has competed at regionals, sectionals, and junior nationals. In addition, she competed in synchronized skating at the national level with teams in Colorado and San Diego.  She is now a member of Black Hills Figure Skating Club, as well as a member of both United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) and Professional Skaters Association(PSA).  She currently is taking new students.

Kayleigh Schmidt

Kayleigh skated in both Springfield, MO and Bloomington, MN before moving to Rapid City and joining BHFSC in 2006, where she skating until moving away for college.  She also trained in Ft. Collins and Indianapolis, trying to qualify for the Olympics.  She is currently working towards  the testing levels of Novice Free Skate and Junior Moves in the Field.  Kayleigh moved back to RC in March 2018 to work for KOTA News, and is a new coach for BHFSC.  She is currently taking new students.

Debbie Minter

Debbie Minter recently relocated from Denver to the beautiful Black Hills area. She is a quadruple U.S. Gold Medalist, (Figures, Freestyle, Pairs and Dance), and U.S. National Pair and Synchro competitor. Debbie has coached skating for 40 years and has 5 National Champions and numerous Gold Medalists to her credit. She is Master Rated in Freeskate, Moves in the Field and Synchro by the Professional Skaters Association and holds a Level IV Ranking. In addition to skating, Debbie is also involved in theatre and teaches Zumba Fitness.
